Sprinkler frame
Compression screw
 Thermo Bulb
The machine assembles and performs a leak test on the fire sprinklers. It consists of a turntable and works automatically while the parts are loaded by the operator.
Production is 510 pieces per hour
Step 1: Loading the components
The sprinkler frame and the thermobulb are inserted into the machine by the operator.
Step 2: Positioning and assembly
Pneumatic linear clamps hold the sprinkler frames in place and ensure precise alignment. A servo-controlled screwdriver tightens the screw on the thermobulb and a force sensor ensures that the correct torque is applied.
Step 3: Leak test
Once assembled, the system uses a differential pressure sensor to check for pressure leaks and verify that components are properly secured.
Step 4: Bonding with sealant
Sprinklers that pass the leak test are sealed with sealant.
Step 5: Unloading and transfer
The finished product is placed in a box for later packaging, while defective parts are handed over to the operator for inspection and separation.
Step 6: Repeat cycle
The machine resets and prepares for the next cycle.
3D models are prepared for presentation purposes to show the customer the main lines and operating principles of the machine during the quotation phase.
The product samples we receive from the customer are checked for dimensions and structure, the tolerances of the customer's production are measured, the first prototypes are designed and the designs are tested.
The final design process begins based on the information from the prototype studies of the products to be tested/assembled.
The machining of the designed parts begins and at the same time the machine elements are delivered. The machined parts are measured and sorted according to the material for coating. After coating, the parts together with the delivered machine elements are ready for assembly. The entire manufacturing process is carried out using external resources.
After the coated parts have been assembled, the workstations have taken their shape. Now it is time to install the electrical and air installations.
The machine, with air and electrical installations provided, is put into operation for testing and fine-tuning. During this process, the basic software scenario and mechanical operations are observed and tested, and software improvements are made. Small errors missed in the design or modeling phase are quickly corrected in our own workshop.
